It's 2012

Time passes so fast that the New Year 2012 has begun. 

For me, I didn’t have time to close my 2011 chapter and written something in my blog till almost the second week of 2012 is coming to an end. Am I that busy? Perhaps the ‘no time’ is an excuse as I didn’t take the initiative to make time. Blogging is about me writing my thought and feeling quietly. Indirectly, I didn’t spend much personal time lately.

I thought life here would be a little lay-back and less rushing. It turns the other way round. If work is quite busy, it should be good. Well, everything is good except the management and the system. Salary, bonus and benefits seem to be beyond reachable. The products and the colleagues are nice. Probably that’s why I’ve not started looking for the next job at the moment. 

I ended 2011 with a family trip to Penang-Trang-Hatyai-Penang-KL. Took a 4 days break. The trip was good as a break away. Away from work (used to have work nightmare) and to be with family. I had a good time with Dad & catching with brother William. Daniel had a good time bonding with William & Dad. Will share more on my trip in my next post. 

As predicted, I got warning from the ridiculous management when I resume back to work on 3^rd Jan. Was given by the management that we (corporate comm dept) are not allowed to take leave during peak season. I think we are entitled as we are not in the operation team. This is all because the management is upset about the new product (Wildlife Theatre). It’s going downhill although it’s still school holiday. 

As of 2012, I hope for the best in work and in family. It’s an important year where I have loads of things to plan, settle and execute =) Will share more once I’ve lay things in proper.
