Suddenly out of the blue, I thought of jotting down some home cook recipes that are new to me. Reason? I thought it would be nice to keep it as future reference and another thing to pick up from Dad. Dad learned to cook from Mum out of desperation that Mum is not capable to this chore soon. I remember each time when Mum cooks (when she is capable), I was jolly happy. Dad’s cooking is simpler but somehow, he always manages to be creative on his own by mix and match with different variety which I’ve not came across before. Over the years, his cooking has been improving and to me, it’s just marvelous.
