Direct Mail

I was not happy the moment I received an email from a client. She wanted to request some advertisement space costing on some press titles.

It was such a direct request and I personally think it's rude to speak to me like that although am in the servicing line. Probably client as in client. They see themselves a higher rank, a higher authority. These are the little things that many fail to do, to be a little more considerate.
