If it’s not for SherLynn’s wedding luncheon, we wouldn’t have get together to have our little reunion over the weekend. It was good to catch up with my dear friend, Susan again after nearly about 2 years (I guess) we last met. I got Val to tag along with us. It’s fun like how we used to have during our schooling days.
As I looked back, yes, we are all grown ups now. We recalled back our schooling days, the chicken rice shop that we used to eat everyday after our class & staying back in school to help one another in our studies. Each of us now has our own paths and dreams to pursue.
I can’t imagine how we manage to keep this friendship as alive as how we all were in our secondary schooling days. Each of us had changed as we journeyed together into adulthood. Although we only managed to spend with each other over a weekend, I’m very grateful the time that we had.
I met a few friends too whom I never seen them for 11 years. Some are still the same & some have their own family. It’s funny how we were once classmates but in different gang, where we were categorized as the smart and the not-so-smart ones. I remembered I used to shy away from them as I’m always the not-so-smart one. And now we are all sitting down sharing about each other’s lives. I guess we perceive things differently now.

hey kat, though we're using the same tittle for blog,yours give me more feeling about our friendship. you talk about old days, reminisce the moments we had before...etc. And me, jst mainly mentioned about food...seems like out of topic! haha! nice reading your blog, kat!
Wow! Same title? Haha. We have the same antena! No la Susan dear. I just wrote what I thought of. Yours is unique too! Not mainly on food, you touched on our friendship and your personal thoughts too. Keep it up!
p/s: we need to plan more gatherings.. Nice to have you around
