Room transformation (Part 2)

I gave myself a shoulder pat last Thursday when I fiinished painting my room. On Friday, I was dancing in my room. Yes. Mission accomplished. I took 2 days off last week to complete my mission.

I painted my room from morning till evening. After clearing up my room, I found that there were certain spots on the wall that I've miss out to paint and some didn't have a nice finishing at the edge. I took out the paint again (I've cleared and washed the brushes) to re-paint those spots. While I was doing that, I recalled what Ed has commented on my previous post - perfectionist. Am I? Maybe, on certain things.

I can't remember when is the last time I worked so hard to achieve something regardless of the challenges. I was really contented when I saw the end result. It was an achiement. It was something meaningful and worthwhile. I hope to apply this spirit in the things that I do. It comes together with determination & interest.
I believe this is what I intended to do, to upgrade my own little private space, a space of my own and to enjoy every moment of my personal time. New look gives a fresher impression. Thanks to my dear brother for his creative suggestion and his effort. I am very grateful to have a supportive brother and I thank for His many blessings that He has showered me.

I love the colours and designs. :) Maybe next time I could ask your bro to suggest a few colours when I get a new house in future.

Thanks Kim. I chose purple, design by William. At first, I was very doubtly of the colour after I painted. But when it dries, I kinda like it. I find that I'm a doubtful person. I don't trust myself.

Looks great, Kat!! Love the tree! Living with an "interior designer" has its benefits, haha.

Thanks Mel. It sure does! I told him that I wanted a cherry tree. The "designer" said that a bare tree would be perfectly describes about Mr Mitshubishi air cond :p

I'm trying to understand what the 'designer' meant between the connection of Mr. Mitsubishi and the bare tree.. Hmmmm

From the 'designer' - Mitshubishi aircond blows powerful cool & cold air. So it'll be like winter in my room. Tree can't grows well in the winter climax. So it's bare whole year round :)

Kat, the "designer" and Mr Mitshubitshi have done a great job to the room. Haha... You surely deserve a pat on your shoulder; and you have a great brother! Thank God for him. :)
