Am Expecting!!

Do we really plan that? Yes and we think it’s time.

I had a 10 days delayed menstrual once and were disappointed with the tester result. Then had another of delayed and Daniel does not want to test still until it is pass 10 days. It was so happened that I had a roadshow to attend at Shah Alam and was not having proper meal during the 2 days. Same time, I was experiencing nausea and gastric symptoms and I thought it was gastric. It somehow gotten worse and Daniel suspected something amiss. So we tried the tester and it was positive.

Both of us were thrilled and happy about the good news! We kept to ourselves until we get a proper gynecologist to check. The weekend has arrived and yes, it’s confirmed at 5 weeks! Both Daniel and I were so surprised. We broke the news to mum in-law during dinner prayer. She was happy.

I called dad to share the news by telling him am expecting and he will be a grandpa soon. As usual, his reaction has always been cool, “Oh .. ok. Good la, must take care”. William’s reaction was “Huh, really? So fast ah”.

We announced to the Soosay’s family via Whatsapp. So that was how we broke the news to our families. We thank God for the wonderful gift of life.
