Dad's Secret Recipe



I finished up the rice in less than 10 minutes and have the urge wanting for more. Today's dishes was not my favourite but I love when there's plentiful of gravy! Dad’s unique dish is Beef Stew.

Ingredients:
Garlic and onions
Bunga Cengkih
Potato, Carrot
Sliced beef (seasoned with pepper and salt)

Method:
1) Fry garlic and onions till fragrant
2) Add in bunga cengkih
3) Stir fry beef
4) Add in sliced potatoes and carrots
5) Add water and simmer to boil
6) Transfer into a pot and continue to let is simmer
7) Add some dark soya sauce and corn flour to make the gravy slightly thicken
8) Simmer till the beef is tender
