I was greeted by a new girl, Nicca this morning as I walked towards my desk. Tall, fair & slim. She looks quite mature at the age of 23. I studied her awhile. She dressed politely, looks clean & neat. A branded Gucci handbag, a LV purse & 3 (actually, I thought 2) handphones. I only knew one of the phone is a private number.
It was a twist to the story I last heard. She's a friend to my boss. Not related. She met him in one of the events she was working. She has lots of contact from event agents. Her part time job is a serving girl & race track model. For the race track model, she gets about RM800 for 8 hours of posing beside a race car. Fast earn money. She entered a beauty contest when she was 18 years old.
It's her first official permanent job for her. She is enthusiastic and eager to learn, & wanting to go out to meet clients. She is bold and out-spoken. It's a contrast. I'm all opposite of her now.

I tend to compare myself with others too. I keep wanting for more and I have failed to see the things that I have.

Hi Ed, thanks. Yes. The more we compare, the less satisfaction we have on ourselves.
I don't really fancy carrying branded stuff. I rather buy 10 normal bags than buying 1 branded bag. hehe
