Until I see & hear, I realised how blessed I am.
I placed myself in Sunder's (my event's driver) situation, I felt the world is unfair. I saw the sad part of the reality & I hate it. I really felt for him because he is also literally working for my boss, under another sub-company. A family man with wife & 3 children. He was far under paid & discriminated.
Why we treat each other unjustly? Why we discriminate just because of low education & skin colour? I felt helpless as I can't do much to help him. He is a very responsible driver to me.
I am in-control of my roadshow & my crews are my team. "We come as one, we stick as one" & that's my motto. All are equal to me. I try to give the best for everyone. At the end of the day, Sunder thank me from the bottom of his heart. It was his first happiest work day as a driver for my boss. He did not starve himself this time. He had good meals, good stay & good sleep.
I felt thankful & happy as I made someone's day.
